EPoxy Mortar Filler systems

Epoxy based trowelling mortar systems as produced by HM are exactly weighed every component into packing. So a consequent consistency trowelling flooring system is always garanteed. This leeds to better technical properties and mechanical strenghts but also better resistance against chemical loads because of lower liquid absorption. Also polymer mortar fillers for other binders like polyurethane and PMMA we produce on customer specifications when volumes fit.

UniQuartz TK 11

Is a special mortarfiller easy to trowel mechanical and by hand. It is specially developed for decorative applications, like offices, showrooms, galleries and living spaces. It contains PU colored silica sand till 2 mm grainsize for horizontal and limited vertical use. Layerthickness from 6-14mm. Added polymer 8-12% of mixture.

UniQuartz EPM2.0

Is a special mortarfiller easy to trowel mechanical and by hand. It is specially developed for industrial and decorative applications like production areas, washrooms workplaces and wetrooms. It contains PU colored silica sand till 2 mm grainsize and is suitable for horizontal and limited vertical use. Layerthickness from 5-30mm. Added polymer 8-15% of mixture.

PolyFill EP-TS

Is a special liquidproof natural sand non-colored epoxy trowelling mortarfiller till 2 mm grainsize for horizontal use. Layerthickness from 6-50mm

Mortar fillers is standard packed in 25 kg PE ventile bags.
